Welcome to the FAQ page, hopefully I will be able to answer some questions you might have relating to Snoozey Astronaut and how it all works!

How Does Snoozey Astronaut Work?

Snoozey Astronaut is run by one person, me! I create the designs, plan out the placement on the products, and send the order requests off to a fulfiller/printprovider. From there the print provider will produce the items and send them directly to customers! This process is called drop shipping, which saves everyone involved a bit of time and money

What is Drop Shipping?

Drop shipping is an order fulfilment method where a business doesn’t keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, the seller purchases inventory as needed from a third party—usually a wholesaler or manufacturer—to fulfil orders. The third party then sends the product directly to the customers from their location.

How is shipping calculated?

The shipping is calculated by the fulfiller/print provider. How much the shipping costs depends on where the fulfiller/print provider is, and where you are. I aim to have most of my items produced with in the UK. Therefore, ordering from within the UK will typically result in shipping costing between £2.99 - £5.99 depending on the item’s weight. Orders from outside the UK could cost more.

Some items, like my button-up shirts and bags are produced in China. The shipping cost tends to remain low, however, heaver items such as bags will cost more.

Pet Items are currently produced in America, which has the highest shipping cost in the store currently. This can be as high as £10 - £15. Due to this, I have tried to make Pet items
as cheap as I can.

Unfortunately, I do not have any control over the shipping costs currently. I am hoping to change this in the future!

Returns And Refund

Can I Return My Items?

Unfortunately, I am not able to accept returns at this time. As I use drop shipping – it is currently not possible for me to set-up a returns system. I hope to change this going forward, for now though, I cannot do returns.

So please make sure to triple check your order before buying!

Am I Able to Cancel My Order After I’ve Confirmed It?

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the fulfiller/print provider, and they may already be working on the
order fulfilment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point. However, I will do my best to! Let me know as soon as possible, and I will get in contact with the fulfiller/print provider to see if it is possible. Contact me at SnoozeyAstronaut@gmail.com if you need to cancel.


Because I cannot guarantee I will be able to cancel your order, please make
sure to triple check your order before buying!

Can I Change
The Delivery Address After I’ve Ordered?

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the fulfiller/print provider, and they may already be working on the order may already be prepared for shipping. Due to that, it may not be possible to change the delivery address. I will do my best to get in contact with fulfiller/print provider to inform them of the change of address. Contact me at SnoozeyAstronaut@gmail.com if you need to change your delivery address.

Because I cannot guarantee I will be able to amend your delivery address, please make sure to triple check your order before buying!

My Product Arrived Damaged! What Do I Do?

Firstly, I am VERY sorry if any of the products you have ordered reach you damaged – and I will do my best to put things right!
If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, I can offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery. I will need good quality photos or/and videos showing the damaged or/and error with the product(s). I will then reach out to the fulfiller(s)/print provider(s). If there are multiple items with issues, some fulfillers/print
providers require a picture featuring all the effected items in one image. Contact me with all the evidence at SnoozeyAstronaut@gmail.com and I will do all I can to get you a replacement or refund!


After 30 days, I will not be able to offer any replacement, nor refund. All the
fulfillers/print providers I use have a within 30 days of product delivery
deadline for replacement and refund requests.

So, if there is an issue, please
let me know as soon as possible.

I’ve Ordered The Wrong Size, What Should I Do?

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the fulfiller/print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfilment. Due to that, it may not be possible to amend the order free of charge at this point. If you can let me know as soon as possible, I will get in contact with the fulfiller/print provider to see if it is possible. SnoozeyAstronaut@gmail.com if you need to make an amendment to your order.


Because I cannot guarantee I will be able to make any changes to your order, please make sure to triple check your order before buying!
